In other words we use a non-toxic and safe carpet cleaning solution and our techs know how to use them! Step 1: Pre-Inspection
Our professional technicians will do a walk through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction, and potential permanent stains. We guarantee to remove all non permanent stains.
Step 2: Pre-Vacuum
Your carpet is pre-vacuumed with a powerful upright vacuum to remove dry soil. This is a very important step. Helps remove all dry and loose soils.
Step 3: Furniture Moving
If we can move it, it will be carefully moved and placed back on disposable blocks and tabs to protect from leaving permanent stains.
Step 4: Pre-Spray and Pre-Spot
Traffic areas and spots are pre-treated with our environmentally friendly cleaner. All tough spots receive extra solution and removal treatments.
Step 5: Pre-Groom
Your carpet will be groomed with a carpet groomer to further loosen and suspend soils in heavy traffic areas. Helps remove and loosing pet hair, dander and dust.
Step 6: Wipe All Exposed Base Boards
This was a prior request from an existing client. Once it was presented to us we knew it had to be a permanent step.
Step 7: Cleaning Process Extract and Rinse
Once the soil has been loosened, our powerful truck-mounted hot water cleaning process will thoroughly clean your carpet fibers. Pressure and heat are regulated to prevent from over-wetting the carpet. During this step we do an extra dry stroke, to further aid the drying process.
Step 8: Neutralize and Deodorize
One of the most important steps, in the cleaning process is neutralization and deodorizing. This is accomplished during the extract and rinse process to provide the proper pH balance to every carpet or fabric that is cleaned.
Step 9: Post Spot Treatment
If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed. (Note: We cannot guarantee the removal of every stain. Some stains are permanent and will be noted by the technician during Pre- Inspection.)
Step 10: Post-Grooming
The carpet is set with a carpet groomer to aid the drying process and help set the scotch guard. This also give the carpet a like new look.
Step 11: Speed Dry
High velocity air movers are placed to reduce the drying time of the carpet. This aids is our promise to leave your carpets almost dry to the touch by the time we leave!
Step 12: Post-Inspection
We are not done yet. Our equipment will still be out just incase we have missed something. If we have exhausted all efforts to remove the stain, we will start to load our van, only if you know we have tried all techniques and are completely satisfied.
